People do business with people. And the people in this industry know us by our reputation. We do what we say we're going to do; it's as simple as that. We use no contractors – all of the people who work for us are our employees. We take on all of the liability for each and every operator. We continually train and make sure all of our people are certified. We conduct a yearly update and refresher course and as a result, our safety record speaks for itself. Also, all of our equipment and cranes are evaluated and certified every year by a third party. We have a very low turnover and when we do lose employees, we often lose them to a client. I guess I should take that as a compliment. We have well-trained professionals who work for us and our clients know it. -- Gerald Stark
